Whether you have 18 months to plan your wedding or only three months until the Big Day, we can guide you through the process :

What to expect

Communication

At Julie & Romeo Wedding, we communicate with our valued clients through a dedicated, cloud-based platform. It securely saves the details of our discussions with our brides- and grooms-to-be, including all the planning documents, their budget, the vendors’ contracts, the reception’s floor plans, etc. Our clients can also conveniently reach us through email and WhatsApp.

Production

We prepare a Logistic Brief for your Special Day with your selected team. In it is the following information, based on a technical/logistic visit to your venue(s):

• Marquee, Floors, Construction, covering, Lighting, etc
• Production Planning (Setup/Dismantling)
• Guest Accompaniment and Management

Design

Whether you are planning a wedding in France or an elopement with a few friends present, you get a dedicated mood board to create your own design and atmosphere. Your creative team will assist by making recommendations for stationery, floral design, and rental companies.

Together, we will create a creative concept for your wedding that includes a color palette, texture, and lighting. We will provide a proposal for the reception layout.

We would love to hear from you and be part of your luxury destination wedding, French wedding, or elopement. Share your vision for your dream wedding with us. Let’s meet to see if we are the perfect fit to work together. After our first meeting, we will plan a second call to present you with a custom quote tailored to your needs.

Let’s make it official

Once you have had the opportunity to review and approve our custom quote, we prepare a contract for your signature. At this time, a forty percent (40%) deposit is required to formally book your service.

Build the basics

This is the point where we’ll get to know each other better : What are your favorite activities ? What do you like to do on Friday night ? We will build your wedding budget and refine the overall vision. We’ll also build your perfect wedding team and discuss the planning process.

Trust the process

We go through the planning and production processes. We’ll help you refine your ideas around decor in detail. Once we get these details in place, we’ll move to the production process. Julie & Romeo Wedding will communicate directly with your vendors to deal with wedding day logistics and payments. We also handle your guests’ RSVPs, any special diet requests, and more!

Wedding day & beyond 

Enjoy your day as the honored guests that you are while we work behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We’ll work directly with your vendors to produce an unforgettable day for you and your invited guests.
After the wedding, we’ll manage the dismantling and ensure that your vendors are paid promptly. We’ll also ensure you receive your photos and video. All you need to do is enjoy your well-deserved honeymoon!
