With deep roots in the Vaucluse area the family designed the chateau in keeping with the neoclassical trends of the time with symmetrical proportions, elegant facades, and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape.

The history of Chateau Martinay is layered and the estate suffered damage during the French Revolution, which saw various phases of transformation over the centuries. Most recently in 2018, it underwent a full renovation that respected its architectural heritage whilst introducing modern day comfort and understated luxury in its design.

• La Bastide du Martinay
  A completely separate villa with its own entrance, garden, and living area.
  Our thoughts: Ideal for housing your entire wedding party or hosting a relaxed brunch the day after.

What is the best season to marry at Château Martinay?
